Shipping
Free freight to the lower 48, what the delivery looks like, and the one step that decides a damage claim.
Every machine ships crated by freight from our US warehouse. This page sets out
what that costs, how long it takes, and the one thing you must do when the truck arrives.
What shipping costs
Freight shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states on every machine on this
site. The price you see is the price you pay.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories are quoted individually, because the cost
genuinely varies by destination. Email info@equipvora.shop with your ZIP code
before you order and we will price it exactly rather than estimate it.
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
How long it takes
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Order confirmed and stock allocated | Same business day |
| Pre-shipment check and crating | 1–2 business days |
| Freight transit | 5–10 business days, depending on distance |
We confirm the real ship date in writing before we take payment. If a machine is not physically
in the warehouse, we tell you that before you pay rather than after.
How the delivery works
These machines travel on a pallet or in a crate on a standard freight trailer. That means:
- The carrier calls to schedule. You get a delivery window before the truck
arrives. Give us a phone number you actually answer. - Curbside delivery. The driver brings it to the end of your driveway, not into
your garage or round the back. - Liftgate service is included on residential deliveries, so the crate comes off
the truck without you needing a forklift. Tell us at the point of order if the delivery address is
a residence. - You need a way to move it once it is down. Most of these machines drive off
their own pallet under their own power once uncrated. Ask us if you are unsure about your site.
Inspect before you sign — this matters
Freight damage claims are won or lost on the delivery receipt. Before you sign anything:
- Walk around the crate and look at it.
- If anything is damaged, crushed, torn or missing, write it on the delivery receipt
before you sign. “Subject to inspection” is not enough — describe what you see. - Photograph the damage and the crate while it is still on or beside the truck.
- Email us the photographs the same day at info@equipvora.shop.
Do that and we arrange a replacement or a repair and deal with the carrier ourselves. Sign a
clean receipt for a damaged crate and the carrier’s liability ends, which makes the claim far
harder for everyone. If you cannot inspect it, write “damage not inspected” on the receipt.
If something goes wrong
Email info@equipvora.shop. A late truck, a missed window or a carrier that did
not call is our problem to chase, not yours.
